What is your goal to learn Japanese ? Here are the two courses I offer. Your lessons are tailor-made based on your level, needs and goal.

1. General Japanese

From absolute beginners
to advanced learners

  • This course is designed for those who want to improve thier Japanese language skills.

  • I use textbooks, and suppelemtary materials, some of which I’ve created, where necessary.

  • Here is a list of the textbooks I often use :

    “GENKI 1 & 2” for beginners

    “カルテット１” or “上級へのとびら” for intermediate learners

    “カルテット２” for upper intermediate + learners

  • All information is typed into Google Docs.

  • Homework assignment will be provided upon request and marked by the next lesson.

2. JLPT
Preparation

From JLPT N5 to N1

  • This course is designed for those who want to prepare for JLPT exams.

  • Here are the textbooks and workbooks we could use :

ABOUT MY lESSONS

  • I offer weekly lessons using Zoom.

  • I use the indirect method with learners at a beginner level, so I explain Japanese grammar and vocabulary in English.

  • I offer a 25-min free trial lesson where I can learn about your needs and goals and talk about a lesson plan with you.
